About
Office space is, in essence, the place for mental work; mental developments of workers are thus influenced by the office space where they stay. Therefore, the way to ignite a revolution in modern society is to redefine office spaces where modern people spend most of time working. We believe: “office space would consistently evolve with the upgrading of economy”.
We define CIT as an innovative office space to stimulate the curiosity of members or participants, to catalyze the interactions among communities of enterprises, startups and freelancers, and therefore to reach the goals of sustainable development in Taiwan.
辦公空間 (office space) 是腦力工作的場域，每個人都會因為工作環境而影響腦力發展。尤其當現今人類絕大部份的時間都身在其中，制定新型態的工作空間，意謂著是有改變整體社會的機會。我們相信在產業結構轉型的同時，空間也應該進化。
由 Plan b Inc. 建立與營運的 CIT 提供創新型態的辦公空間，透過誘發每一位參與者好奇心的機制，讓各產業的單位、各領域的新創公司、自由工作者，在衝突性交流下找到永續發展的空間。

To spike up curiosity, CIT features a large proportion of sharespace, main pathway running through the whole space, and even permit to pets.
Meanwhile, CIT also decorates its every corner with installations, tools and equipments that can meet the demands of entertainment, aesthetics and design. After all, if workers sometimes get bored during working, then the best way to get rid of anxiety or exhaustion is to cure the mind rather than to adjust their work. “Work hard, play hard.” From work and play arises endless innovative ideas.
CIT 整體空間內刻意安排許多公共區域，以及保留連通共用廚房、廁所、淋浴間的長距離中央走道，甚至允許帶寵物入內等等，這些都是為了刺激在「街道」上交流的好奇心。
同時，在公共區域內設有各類激發好奇心的娛樂性、藝術性、設計性設備與工具。畢竟如果工作者對於工作感到焦躁，那麼有效的解決之道，應該針對工作者的精神狀態，而非工作本身。也因此，解決方式就是提供工作中與工作外的樂趣。玩耍，其實是有效工作的要素，甚至是激發各種創新的可能。
